I would like to get a copy of a naturalization record for Wilhelm (William) Meyer. I believe he as naturalized between 1840-1844. I am not sure when he came to the United States. He was born in Westfalen, Prussia in 1824. How can I get a copy? I live in Hagerstown, MD.
